Our oligonucleotide syntheses are performed on the AKTA™ oligopilot™ synthesizer. AKTA oligopilot is a flexible, fully automated DNA/RNA
oligonucleotide synthesizer designed for use in research and process
development laboratories and in oligonucleotide production facilities. AKTA oligopilot
can allow the automated synthesis of up to seven different
oligonucleotides in sequences using as many as 12 different synthesis
monomers with high coupling efficiency and low reagent consumption. The
availability of 12 monomer ports simplifies synthesis of chimeric and
labeled oligonucleotides.
Our main activity will be addressed to the synthesis of the following compounds:
- Natural DNA/RNA (for PCR and RNAi studies)
Phosphorothioate modified DNA/RNA (for antisense and siRNA applications)
- 2’-O-Methyl-RNA (for antisense, exon skipping and siRNA applications)
- Chimeric oligonucleotides (for antisense and exon skipping applications)
- Conjugated oligonucleotides to
modify their up-take and properties (i.e. intercalators, fluorescent
/quencher moieties, spacers, nanoparticles)
All these compounds will be purified either by desalting or HPL-Chromatography, delivered in lyophilized forms and certified by Mass Analysis on request.
